Our payment terms

Surgery

  • We require a $1000 deposit when booking a surgery date.
  • Full payment of your surgery invoice is due 28 days prior to your procedure.

Refund policy for surgery

  • Cancellations up to 21 days prior to surgery are eligible for a full refund minus the $1,000 deposit.
  • Cancellations 14–20 days prior to surgery will incur a forfeit of 50% of the surgery fee.
  • Cancellations 7–14 days prior to surgery will incur a forfeit of 75% of the surgery fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to surgery are non-refundable (100% of the surgery fee forfeited).
  • Failure to cease smoking: Failure to cease smoking as directed by your surgeon will result in your surgery being postponed or cancelled. If surgery is postponed within 7 days of the procedure due to failure to cease smoking, the full cancellation policy will apply.

Consultation

  • $100 deposit required on booking.
  • Balance of consult fee payable on the day.
  • We require at least two business days notice of cancellation for the patient to receive a refund of their deposit.
