The decision to undertake breast reconstruction after mastectomy is very personal, and part of the recovery process for each patient. We offer a full range of breast reconstructive options including: microvascular tissue transfer from the abdomen (TRAM flap) or buttock, reconstruction using tissue from the back, tissue expansion/implants, reconstructive procedures for breast distortion following partial mastectomy. Completion of the breast reconstructive process can include nipple reconstruction and tattooing.
Every woman has a different breast shape, a different desired outcome and a different level of expectation regarding the final outcome. As a consequence one technique will not solve every problem.
